Dang. This is just plain scary. Is this ... er ... person ... someone you've seen before?
Worse- it's someone I KNOW. Names and locations are withheld to protect the guilty.
THe only thing she's missing is ugg (ugh!) boots, my personal fashion peeve. Maybe not so stupid in no cal but when worn here in sunny LA, completely ridiculous!
